1. Generate secure link

From the staff app you create a secure token link that a customer opens — no account required. Links expire after your configured window.

2. Customer fills details & uploads photos

Photos and basic vehicle data are saved directly to the appraisal. The UI is simplified for mobile and easy to complete.

3. Wholesale buyers submit offers

Public buyers can view the vehicle (sans internal pricing) and submit offers. Offers are stored with status flags and optional notes for auditability.

4. Accept, decline, or counter

Accept an offer to mark it canonical, automatically decline others, and set the accepted offer pointer on the appraisal.
